Yes I said it. I think if the Sox win it all and it looks like they're well on there way after a record breaking 13-2 smash followed by a 2-1 sqeaker. It will burn the Yankee's Braintrust like no other. YES he has lost a step in his range.

OK were beconing here on the wild card divisional series tommrow

The Yanks will play Cleveland tommorow in Cleveland in a short 5 game series which is usually dominated by starting 3 or 4 pitchers or lost by suspect bullpens,

The Yankees have a tall order in front of them facing C.C. Sabathia in game #1 sending Cheng Ming Wang to the mound who is a very good pitcher , however he also is known to average giving up 2 or 3 runs through 7 or 8 innings. And in the post season where pitching usually dominates and against Sabathia that

may not be good enough?

Pettite as well as he's matched up against another 19 game winner in Carmona with a 3.09 era compared to Pettite's 4.o5

Clemens is a mystery with a hammy

ALL season long I've argued with everyone that Joba Chamberlain should remain a closer!

that he is more needed in the pen, BUT NOW, I see the importance of a lights out starter , that Joba is capable of being

The regular season is not like the post season folks it's stepped up a notch.

Let's just hope that Wang is steady the Yanks bats can work the counts against very good pitchers and Clemmens turns out the performance he did last time he pitched against the Jays

"vintage Clemmens 1994" and they turn the ball over to Joba and Mo with a healthy lead or at least a competive game , and that Mo is Mo offcourse

In the end, I think the Yanks will be just fine, I dont like to make predictions, but I think it's there year!
